Rinkoffs’ rye sour dough bread and whole meal sour dough bread uses only 100% organic stone ground whole meal flour. This way it preserves all the goodness of the flour which is the reason it is a low to medium Gi. All of our breads can be cut and this is good for freezing purposes.
