Rinkoff Bakeries was established in 1911 and has been producing specialised bakery goods, including traditional Chola breads, a number of different flavoured breads,and low gi sour dough. To compliment our low gi bread production we have added a range of gi products such as organic cereals, pastas and no added sugar snacks.
Any unwanted item may be returned within 7 working days from the day it was received if it is in new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition.
Please send your item, with a copy of your invoice and covering letter stating the reason for return to: Rinkoff Bakery, 224 Jubilee Street, London, E1 3BS
Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost of delivery.
Refunds & Credit Notes:Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, whereupon we will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note.
Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:If you are exchanging an item where there is a difference in cost such costs will be either charged/refunded to your original payment card along with postage & packing costs, as appropriate.
Exchanges must be made within 7 working days.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after these seven days, nor if they have been used or removed from their original packaging.
(Please do not send cheques as these cannot be accepted).
Items damaged in transit:If your item has unfortunately been damaged in transit, the first and foremost we are sorry, secondly we ask that contact us immediately to let us know what condition the item is in, then return it to us and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
